You can spot many birds which are otherwise difficult to spot in the city, the range includes Sunbird, Robin, Common Kingfisher, White Throated Kingfisher, Prinia, Red Avadavat, Brahminy Starling, Coot, Moor Hen, White Breasted Water Hen, Spot Billed Duck, Grey Heron, Pond Heron, Egret, Teal, Green Bee-eater, Finch, Indian Silverbill, Baya Weaver, Sparrow, Little Cormorant, Common Mynah, Pea Hens and Asian Koel.
