- Before you visit the park, you must book a date/timeslot through the portal. Reserved timeslots are final and cannot be amended.
- Casual wear is recommended.
- Effective 10 April 2025, the fire hybrid performance at 8 PM and 9 PM daily at the Night Safari will be replaced with a new LED light performance until further notice.

Night Safari will operate daily from 7.15pm to 12am. Night safari tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and can take up to 60 persons in each Tram. Creatures of the Night (Approx. 25 mins) at Night Safari Amphitheatre, time: 7:30pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm Guests MUST NOT leave the amphitheatre while the presentation is going on.
