- SkyPark may close during bad weather (rain or lightning). Guests on deck for under 1 hour may be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds for guests denied entry or removed for breaching rules.
- No luggage allowed on the deck; it must be checked at Tower 3 Guest Services and will be screened.
- Guests are subject to security checks, including bag and personal searches.
- Throwing objects, loitering, or barefoot entry is strictly prohibited.
- Management reserves the right to remove guests or refuse entry without refund if rules are violated.
- Right of admission is reserved by Marina Bay Sands and ticket sellers.
